RECRUITER COMMISSIONS
Eligible education agents and recruiters can earn commissions through an official Lingua Recruiting Agreement.
Lingua offers recruiting commissions to eligible education agents and recruiters pursuant to an executed Recruiting Agreement.
Commission eligibility and payment procedures depend on the student category, tuition arrangement, enrollment duration, and the terms of the applicable Recruiting Agreement. Recruiters interested in establishing a formal partnership with Lingua should contact our team to request and complete the Recruiting Agreement before referring students for commission consideration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can transfer to Lingua?
Students currently studying in the United States in valid F-1 status may be eligible to transfer to Lingua from another SEVP-certified school. You must be accepted by Lingua, maintain your F-1 status, and arrange for your current school’s Designated School Official (DSO) to release your SEVIS record to Lingua.
If your SEVIS record is completed or terminated, contact our admissions team so we can review your situation and explain your available options.
What documents do I need?
Application hereTo begin your transfer application, you may be asked to provide:
A completed Lingua online application available below. While filling out your online application, upload the following documents:
- A copy of your valid passport.
- A copy of your F-1 visa and most recent Form I-94, or a copy of your USCIS approval receipt if you completed a Change of Status application.
- Copies of your current and previously issued Forms I-20.
- Three months of current bank statements or other acceptable proof of financial support.
- Lingua’s transfer eligibility form completed by you and your current school.
- Documents for any F-2 dependents transferring with you.
Requirements may vary depending on your circumstances. A Lingua advisor will review your documents and let you know if anything else is needed.
Does my SEVIS record transfer?
Yes. Once you are accepted, you will ask the DSO at your current school to transfer your SEVIS record to Lingua on an agreed-upon release date. After that date, Lingua can access your record and issue your new Form I-20.
Your SEVIS ID will generally remain the same, which means you normally do not need to pay the I-901 SEVIS fee again. Do not stop attending your current school before completing the transfer process and confirming your release date with both schools.
When can I start?
Lingua offers start dates every Monday, with schedule options available based on your level, program, and campus. F-1 transfer students generally must start by the next available Monday after their SEVIS record transfer date is completed.
