Lingua Language Center offers accredited English programs in South Florida and, through a pilot collaboration, shares general information about academic pathways at Keiser University Miami Campus for eligible students.


Since 1998, Lingua has helped thousands of students worldwide build the English language foundation needed for academic, professional, and personal success. Authorized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to enroll F-1 international students and accredited by ACCET, Lingua is a trusted English language center in Florida.


Keiser University is part of Lingua’s higher education network, and this collaboration now provides eligible students with structured guidance on Keiser University Miami Campus programs, admissions requirements, and next steps.

    Students who complete Lingua's Intensive English Program through Level 7 receive a Certificate of English Proficiency. Level 7 is specifically designed to prepare advanced students for academic success in higher education, with a focus on academic English skills, essay writing, research, and TOEFL preparation. Whether this certificate satisfies Keiser University's English proficiency requirements depends entirely on Keiser's current admissions standards, which are set and evaluated independently by the university. Your Lingua advisor can explain what documentation Keiser typically requests and refer you to Keiser's official admissions team for a definitive answer.

  • Can I study English in Miami first and then decide whether to apply to Keiser University?

    Yes. Many students enroll at Lingua to build their English skills and explore their options before committing to a university application. There is no obligation to pursue Keiser University. Your Lingua advisor will support your academic goals regardless of the direction you choose.

  • Does studying at Lingua Language Center guarantee a U.S. student visa?

    No. Enrollment at Lingua Language Center does not guarantee a U.S. student visa. Visa eligibility and approval are determined solely by U.S. immigration authorities. That said, Lingua does offer an optional Visa Guidance & Support service to all initial F-1 students to help them prepare for their consular interview. For additional guidance on change of status processes, Lingua can also refer students to a qualified immigration attorney or paralegal.
