Refer & Earn Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in Lingua Language Center’s Refer & Earn Program, the referring student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Purpose

The Refer & Earn Program is designed to encourage current students of Lingua Language Center (“Lingua”) to refer prospective new students to the institution. Eligible referring students may receive a tuition credit if the referred individual enrolls and satisfies the requirements set forth in this program.

2. Eligible Referring Participant

Only individuals who are currently enrolled as active students at Lingua Language Center at the time of the referral submission may participate in this program as referring students.

To remain eligible for the tuition credit, the referring student must also be in active status and in good financial standing at the time the credit is issued.

3. Eligible Referred Student

A referred individual must:

* be a new prospective student not currently enrolled at Lingua;

* not have previously enrolled at Lingua within the prior 12 months;

* not already exist in Lingua’s inquiry, applicant, or enrolled student records before the referral is submitted, unless Lingua determines otherwise in its sole discretion;

* complete the enrollment process for an eligible program; and

* remain actively enrolled for the minimum qualifying period established by Lingua.

4. Eligible Programs

The referral tuition credit applies only to enrollments in programs designated by Lingua as eligible for this promotion. Lingua reserves the right to exclude certain programs, promotional enrollments, customized enrollments, corporate agreements, private lessons, partner-funded enrollments, transfer arrangements, or other special pricing arrangements from eligibility.

5. Referral Submission Requirement

The referral must be submitted through Lingua’s official referral form or through another referral channel expressly approved by Lingua.

To qualify:

* the referral must be received before the referred individual enrolls;

* the referring student must be clearly identified at the time of submission; and

* the referred individual must not already be assigned to another referring source, agent, partner, or internal lead source.

Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, or retroactive referrals may be denied.

6. Qualifying Enrollment Requirement

A referral will be deemed qualified only if the referred individual:

* completes enrollment in an eligible program;

* pays all required initial charges due at enrollment;

* begins classes; and

* remains actively enrolled for at least two consecutive weeks, or for such other minimum period as Lingua may establish in writing.

Lingua may adjust the minimum active enrollment period from time to time, provided the applicable requirement is communicated in the promotion terms.

7. Tuition Credit

If all eligibility requirements are met, the referring student may receive a tuition credit equal to the value of two weeks of tuition, as determined by Lingua based on the referring student’s current tuition structure or the promotion terms in effect at the time of award.

The tuition credit:

* is not cash;

* is non-transferable;

* has no cash surrender value;

* may not be redeemed as a refund;

* may only be applied toward future tuition charges unless otherwise determined by Lingua in writing; and

* may not be combined with any other referral credit in a manner that exceeds the student’s outstanding tuition balance.

8. Timing of Credit

The tuition credit will be applied only after Lingua verifies that all program requirements have been met. Credits are not applied immediately upon submission of a referral or upon initial enrollment of the referred individual.

Lingua may require a reasonable administrative processing period before the tuition credit appears on the referring student’s account.

9. Multiple Referrals

A referring student may submit multiple referrals. Each referral is evaluated separately. A tuition credit may be issued only for each qualified referred student who independently satisfies all program requirements.

However, Lingua reserves the right to place limits on the number of referral credits issued to any one student during a given promotional period.

10. One Referring Party Per Student

Only one referring student may receive credit for any referred individual. In the event of multiple claims involving the same referred person, Lingua will determine eligibility based on the first valid referral submission received or other internal documentation deemed reliable by Lingua.

Lingua’s determination shall be final.

11. Good Standing Requirement

To receive and retain the tuition credit, the referring student must:

* remain actively enrolled, if applicable;

* comply with Lingua’s institutional policies;

* remain in good financial standing; and

* not be subject to disciplinary, administrative, or financial restrictions that would make application of the credit inappropriate.

12. No Effect on Academic or Immigration Matters

This promotion is strictly financial and promotional in nature. Participation in the Refer & Earn Program does not alter any student’s academic obligations, attendance requirements, institutional policies, refund terms, or immigration-related responsibilities.

For students in F-1 or any other nonimmigrant status, participation in this program does not modify federal requirements, school attendance expectations, or any SEVIS-related obligations.

13. Taxes and Reporting

Participants are solely responsible for determining whether receipt of any tuition credit has tax implications under applicable law. Lingua makes no representation regarding tax treatment.

14. Fraud, Abuse, and Misrepresentation

Lingua may deny, reverse, or cancel any referral credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant has engaged in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, manipulation of the program, self-referral, fictitious referrals, or conduct inconsistent with the intent of the promotion.

15. Modification or Termination

Lingua reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law and accrediting standards.

Any such modification or termination will not affect referral credits already earned and approved prior to the effective date of the change, unless fraud or error is involved.

16. Interpretation and Final Authority

Lingua Language Center reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions and to resolve all questions or disputes relating to eligibility, qualification, and program administration. Lingua’s decisions shall be final.
