Eligible education agents and recruiters can earn commissions through an official Lingua Recruiting Agreement.

Lingua offers recruiting commissions to eligible education agents and recruiters pursuant to an executed Recruiting Agreement.

Commission eligibility and payment procedures depend on the student category, tuition arrangement, enrollment duration, and the terms of the applicable Recruiting Agreement. Recruiters interested in establishing a formal partnership with Lingua should contact our team to request and complete the Recruiting Agreement before referring students for commission consideration.

  • Do I need an Edvisor subscription to access Lingua’s Agency Portal?

    No. Lingua’s public Edvisor Agency Portal can be accessed by recruiters and education agencies interested in reviewing Lingua’s programs, including those who are not currently subscribed to Edvisor.

  • I already use Edvisor. Can I sell Lingua programs through my existing account?

    Yes. Existing Edvisor recruiters can use Edvisor as part of their recruitment workflow and access Lingua’s available program information through the platform.

  • Can an independent recruiter work with Lingua?

    Yes. Lingua may establish relationships with independent recruiters as well as established education agencies, subject to Lingua’s approval and completion of the applicable Recruiting Agreement and required documentation.

  • Does accessing the Agency Portal automatically make me an authorized Lingua recruiter?

    No. Access to Lingua’s Agency Portal allows you to explore program and pricing information. A formal recruiting relationship, including eligibility for commissions, requires approval by Lingua and an executed Recruiting Agreement.

  • Where can I find Lingua’s most current tuition prices?

    Recruiters can review Lingua’s current published program and pricing information through our Agency Portal. Because tuition, promotions, fees, and program availability may change, recruiters should verify current information before providing a final quotation to a prospective student.

  • Does Lingua pay recruiter commissions?

    Yes. Eligible recruiters may earn commissions on qualifying tuition in accordance with the terms and conditions of their executed Recruiting Agreement with Lingua.

    Commission rates, eligibility periods, payment procedures, and other conditions are governed by the Recruiting Agreement in effect between Lingua and the recruiter.

  • Can I recruit F-1 international students for Lingua?

    Yes, authorized recruiters may refer prospective international students interested in eligible programs at Lingua.

    F-1 applicants must satisfy Lingua’s applicable admissions requirements and the requirements associated with issuance of the Form I-20 and F-1 student status.

  • Can I also refer students who do not need an F-1 visa?

    Yes. Lingua serves multiple student categories. Depending on the program and the individual’s circumstances, recruiters may refer local/domestic students and eligible international visitors, as well as prospective F-1 students.

    The appropriate program and enrollment process will depend on the student’s immigration status and educational objectives.

  • Can I quote students directly from the prices shown on the Agency Portal?

    Yes. Recruiters may use Lingua’s current published Agency Portal pricing when discussing programs with prospective students.

    Before finalizing an enrollment or collecting payment, recruiters should confirm that the selected program, price, promotion, start date, and student category remain applicable.

  • Can I collect payment directly from a student?

    Authorized recruiters may be permitted to collect student payments subject to the terms of their Recruiting Agreement with Lingua.

    Recruiters should follow the invoicing, commission, payment-remittance, and student-payment procedures established in their agreement and any instructions provided by Lingua.

  • What happens after I refer a student?

    Lingua’s Admissions team will review the prospective student’s enrollment information and required documentation. Additional requirements will depend on the student’s category, selected program, and, where applicable, immigration circumstances.

  • What documents do I need to become an authorized recruiter?

    Documentation requirements may vary depending on whether the recruiter is a U.S. or international individual or business entity.

    Lingua will provide the applicable Recruiting Agreement and advise the recruiter of any business, tax, banking, or other documentation required to establish the partnership and process future commission payments.

  • Can my agency promote Lingua on our own website and social media?

    Authorized recruiters may promote Lingua using current and approved information and marketing materials.

    Recruiters should not publish outdated tuition, expired promotions, materially modify Lingua branding, or make representations regarding Lingua’s programs, accreditation, admissions requirements, immigration matters, or policies that have not been authorized by Lingua.

    Please contact Lingua if you require logos, promotional materials, program information, or other marketing assets.
